Apples also prevents free radicals from damaging skin. Rich in pectin (the starch essential in driving away acne), apples keep skin blemish-free. Don’t forget to go bananas for bananas! They contain emolliating natural fats and complex proteins to smooth and soften your skin.

Rich Berries

Berries are loaded with skin-loving vitamins and minerals. Strawberries are full of antioxidants and malic acid, which give your skin a healthy radiance from within. In addition to strawberries, cranberries, bilberries and blueberries are all great for overall health. The antioxidants in these berries can work wonders for rejuvenating your skin, improving dullness and enlarged pores. Add to smoothies or snack on throughout the day.

Citrus Goodness

Consuming citrus fruits can almost guarantee clear skin due to high citric acid content. Also rich in vitamin C, citrus fruits stimulate natural collagen production to keep skin firm and plump.
